Cancellation Policy

At Rise Rehabilitation, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness and respect for our time and other clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• A $50 fee will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend.

• You will receive an SMS and/or email reminder 48 hours before your appointment, which will include a reminder about this policy.

• If the cancellation fee applies, it must be paid prior to booking your next appointment, or at your next session if previously discussed with your clinician.
